Feneon was an interesting character, living both as a respected literary figure, publisher, art critic, editor, and also as an anarchist theorist, organizer, and suspected bomber. In 1906 he spent the year writing an anonymous column in the Parisian paper Le Matin, the columns collected here consist of the goings on of Paris reduced to 3 line vignettes.
